In the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (4 hours) or in the afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (4 hours):
- Pick-up in front of the Epernay Tourist Office in a Mercedes van with your local driver-guide, "Anne-Lise"
- During your guided tour by an expert in the Gallo-Roman chalk cellars, 18 metres underground, you will discover the processes involved in making Taittinger cuvées, the skilful result of a precise and masterful art of blending
.- You will enjoy a sensory experience with a tasting of 2 cuvées renowned for their gastronomic qualities :
.- You will then meet an independent Champagne winegrower at his vineyard and discover all the secrets of how he makes his ChampagneAfter learning all the secrets of the ‘Méthode champenoise’, you will be offered a guided tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne.
